Our wacky Christmas Eve and Christmas Day weather is now behind us and we can get back on track with typical late December weather...

TONIGHT: Scattered flurries, breezy and cold. Northwest winds 10-20mph. Low 20F.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny, breezy and cold. High 31F, northwest winds near 10mph. high 31F.

SUNDAY: Scattered clouds and seasonable. High 40F.

Our wacky Christmas Eve and Christmas Day weather is now behind us and we can get back on track with typical late December weather. Cold, Canadian air will dip southward for the weekend to bring seasonable cold air through Sunday. This cold air will also bring snow showers and flurries during the first half of tonight, but will taper off with gradual clearing skies overnight.

Next week looks to feature several ups and downs with more cold air by Tuesday and Wednesday. We have another soaking rain that is currently forecast to arrive Thursday night into Friday morning. Model guidance suggests another inch of rain toward the end of next week.

Happy Holidays from the ABC27 Weather Team!
