Another round of dense fog tonight. A dense fog advisory has again been issued for most of Central Illinois starting this evening at 6:00 PM until Noon Monday. Below freezing temperatures overnight will lead to freezing fog.
Main impacts include visibility under a quarter mile, plus icy spots on untreated roads, bridges and overpasses. Use caution when driving & turn on low beam headlights.
In addition to low visibility overnight, mostly cloudy skies tonight with lows ranging between the upper teens to low 20s.
Dense fog will continue into tomorrow, but should be cleared out before noon hour, leaving the rest of your day cloudy. Plan for highs near freezing point yet again.
